What to send us

These documents let us advertise your vacancies legally and begin selection.

Power of attorney

Appointing Murtajiz Manpower, licence 3839/RWP, as your attorney in Pakistan to recruit and deal with the Protector of Emigrants.

Demand letter

Trades, quantities, salary and allowances, duty hours, accommodation, food, medical, transport, leave, overtime and contract duration.

Visa authorisation

For Saudi Arabia, a letter authorising us to collect visas, with a copy of the visa cable or ministry acknowledgement.

Attestation

Documents attested by your foreign ministry or the Pakistan embassy, then sanctioned by the Protector of Emigrants.

A recent Saudi demand, as an example

A Riyadh manpower company appointed us to recruit 1,000 general helpers on a 10-hour duty day, with company accommodation, transportation and medical benefits, 45 days vacation with a return air ticket every two years, a six-month probation, and the terms of Saudi labour law. Your terms are always set in your own demand letter.

Guarantee and responsibility

Our agreements include a guarantee period, commonly six months. If a worker is proven medically unfit or refuses to work, we arrange a replacement. We also ensure every candidate is physically fit, informed about the job and package, and that the information on their worker sheet is correct.

Employer questions

What do you need from us to start?

A power of attorney in favour of Murtajiz Manpower, and a demand letter stating the trades, number of workers, salary and allowances, accommodation, food, medical cover, leave, overtime and contract length. Saudi employers deposit these with their consulate for attestation.

Can you supply workers who are already trade tested?

Yes. We trade test candidates at our own centre in Islamabad before presenting them, and we arrange Saudi Takamol verification where your occupation requires it.

Do you offer a replacement guarantee?

Our partner agreements provide a guarantee period, commonly six months, with replacement of workers who are proven medically unfit or refuse to work. The exact terms are written into each service agreement.

Can you recruit large numbers?

We have handled demand letters for hundreds of workers in one category, including general helpers for Saudi manpower companies. Tell us your numbers and your joining date and we will confirm what is realistic.

Do you also work with employers outside Saudi Arabia?

Yes. We also serve employers in the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Iraq.
